Joseph is a passionate advocate and resource for school leaders on issues including collective bargaining agreements, employee discipline, grievances, labor arbitrations and other matters impacting Ohio’s scholars.

Joseph Jenkins is an attorney in Bricker Graydon Wyatt’s Education Practice Group. His practice focuses on helping school districts navigate the wide range of legal and operational issues they face, including collective bargaining, employee misconduct, grievances, arbitrations, discrimination and civil rights claims, Title IX matters, and personnel issues. Drawing on his experience in labor and employment law, Joseph advises school leaders on workforce management, employee relations, workplace investigations, policy implementation, and compliance with state and federal employment requirements.

Prior to joining Bricker Graydon Wyatt, Joseph served as Legal Counsel for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. This experience provides him with a unique perspective and firsthand understanding of the challenges school leaders encounter on a daily basis. As a result, he delivers responsive, solutions-oriented advice that helps education clients effectively manage risk, address emerging issues, and achieve their organizational goals.
