Robert DeWeese combines a strong business background with broad transactional experience to help clients navigate the legal and business considerations behind their most important decisions.

Robert DeWeese is an attorney in Bricker Graydon Wyatt’s Louisville office, bringing a strong foundation in business, corporate law, and transactional matters to the firm. Before joining the firm, Robert spent two summers as a summer associate with Bricker Graydon Wyatt, gaining experience across multiple practice areas and supporting clients on a range of legal matters.

Robert’s experience includes researching legal issues in support of litigation matters, preparing formation and governance documents for corporate entities, and assisting with due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He has also supported commercial real estate transactions by reviewing titles and surveys and preparing closing documents. His prior business experience includes roles in employee benefits and financial services, where he developed experience working with clients, preparing proposals and presentations, and analyzing financial information.
