Tony Sax is an attorney in Bricker Graydon Wyatt’s Cincinnati office and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tax Group. His practice focuses on helping businesses and individuals navigate complex legal matters with thoughtful analysis and practical solutions. Drawing on a background in litigation and an advanced concentration in tax law, Tony provides clients with a well-rounded perspective on business and transactional issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Tony represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, managing a high-volume caseload from initial investigation through settlement and trial. His experience includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting legal research, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial. Earlier in his legal career, he completed an externship with the United States Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with both civil and criminal matters, drafted legal memoranda and jury instructions, and observed federal trial and appellate proceedings.

Outside the office, Tony is an accomplished musician and endurance athlete. He performed flute and piccolo with the Tennessee Wind Symphony, has completed the Chicago Marathon and Ironman Texas and various other Ironman 70.3 triathlon events, and served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, reflecting his commitment to both his community and lifelong personal growth. He is also a diehard Tennessee Volunteers sports fan.
