Christopher Melton Joins Leadership Kentucky Class of 2022
Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP is pleased to announce that one of its Partners, Christopher Melton, has been invited to join Leadership Kentucky’s Class of 2022. Leadership Kentucky is an organization which brings together a select group of people who possess a broad variety of leadership abilities, career accomplishments and volunteer activities to gain insight into complex issues facing the state. Through a series of seven monthly sessions that are held in a variety of locations across the state, participants will be educated about the state of Kentucky and the challenges it faces.
Chris Melton is a former Kentucky Assistant Attorney General who concentrates his practice in the area of health care law with an emphasis in Medicaid and Medicare claims litigation, including actions arising under the Federal False Claims Act. He represents clients in the areas of governmental investigations, claims of fraud, abuse and white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Melton is the co-leader of the Firm’s White Collar Defense Group. Mr. Melton has served on the faculty for the American Health Lawyers Association’s Physician and Hospital Institute, and has served as an adjunct professor, teaching Healthcare Fraud and Abuse, for the University of Louisville.
