Michelle Browning Coughlin Argues for Parental Leave Continuances Before the Florida Supreme Court

Michelle Browning Coughlin, member of the firm's Intellectual Property Protection and Litigation Team, and Founder of the nearly 4,000 member national organization, MothersEsquire, argued for a parental leave continuance rule before the Supreme Court of Florida with several leaders from The Florida Bar and Florida Association of Women Lawyers. If enacted, it will be the first such rule in the nation.
