Andrea Musker is a transactional and regulatory health care attorney who counsels a broad range of health care entities through complex business transactions and compliance challenges. She helps clients navigate the intersection of business goals and regulatory requirements, with experience spanning entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic operational structuring, and federal and state health care law compliance. Her experience includes advising clients regarding regulatory frameworks such as the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, state self-referral prohibitions, fraud and abuse laws, and privacy and security laws.

Andrea’s clients include health systems, hospitals, physician groups, telehealth companies, ambulatory surgery centers, management services organizations, nonprofit organizations, and ancillary service providers.

Most of Andrea’s time away from the office is spent with her three young daughters – cheering them on at swim meets, dance recitals, and soccer games; curled up with them and a favorite book to read aloud (current favorites: The Wind in the Willows, Little Women, and the Vanderbeekers and Harry Potter series); or encouraging their artistic and culinary interests through shared art projects and baking and cooking adventures.  

She devotes as much of her spare time as possible to a few favorite hobbies: learning to play the piano, running in the wooded metro park in her Northeast Columbus neighborhood, crocheting, and catching the occasional Duke, Ohio State, or Dodgers game with her husband.
