Overview

Daniel Reed is a litigation partner who helps businesses, public entities, contractors, product manufacturers, insurers, and property owners resolve complex disputes in Kentucky and Indiana state and federal courts. His practice focuses on construction litigation, product liability defense, real estate and land-use disputes, insurance defense, and commercial litigation.

Daniel’s work often involves cases where litigation strategy, technical facts, expert testimony, and practical business considerations intersect. He develops case strategy early, identifies the issues most likely to drive the outcome, and works with clients to align litigation decisions with business objectives. Whether preparing a matter for early resolution, mediation, dispositive motion practice, or trial, Daniel focuses on clear analysis, practical judgment, and persuasive advocacy.

He has experience representing clients in disputes involving construction defects, design and project-management issues, product liability claims, premises liability, easements and access rights, zoning and land-use issues, insurance defense, and commercial conflicts. Daniel also values mentorship and helps train younger litigators through hands-on litigation experience.
