Vonda Motsinger is a paralegal with over 25 years of experience in health care, litigation, and workers’ compensation law.  She assists the Firm’s Health Care and Litigation Service Teams with hearing and trial preparation, research, collection and organization of data.

• Serves as lead paralegal in complex litigation matters involving multiple hospital clients, most recently resulting in $195 million of additional Medicaid reimbursements.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Relativity document review and management, and use of Rat-Stats software.
• Exhibit creation through Excel, PowerPoint and mapping tools.
