Kylie E. Stryffeler

Kylie Stryffeler is a higher education attorney who works with colleges and universities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. A former legal clerk in a large university’s in-house general counsel, Kylie understands the challenges faced by her higher education clients and partners with administrators to successfully address both complex and routine legal matters.
Kylie was also a legal fellow and civil rights investigator within the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX compliance at a major research institution. In addition to conducting civil rights investigations, Kylie worked closely with University officials and faculty to implement academic accommodations for pregnant and parenting students to ensure compliance with Title IX. Prior to joining Bricker & Eckler, Kylie worked as a consultant with Bricker affiliate INCompliance Consulting. With INCompliance, Kylie conducted civil rights and Title IX investigations on behalf of public and private institutions.
